By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment partners) to verify and charge the applicable amount. An authorization hold may be placed by your payment provider. If an order is canceled or adjusted, any holds or refunds are handled by your payment provider’s timelines.

6. Returns and refunds (summary)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Refund processing time after item is received and inspected: 5-7 business days.
  • Time for refund to appear on your statement: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or provider).
  • Restocking fee: none.
  • Original shipping fees: refunded only when we are at fault.

7. Acceptable use
