Worried about when your order will arrive? Here is the simple answer up front: our standard handling time is 1-1 business days, standard transit time is 2-5 business days, and the standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. We are here to help every step of the way.

Order processing

Orders begin processing after payment authorization on business days only. We carefully verify details, prepare your items, and hand them to the carrier as soon as they are ready. We are here to help if you have questions at any point.

Destination availability

We ship to most addresses served by our carrier network. If an address cannot be serviced, we will contact you to update the address. If no suitable alternative is available, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for any charges paid.

To avoid delays, items may ship separately as they become ready. When this happens, each package receives its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.

Tracking information and scan delays

Tracking details are emailed automatically after dispatch. Carriers may take 24–48 hours to register the first scan, so it is normal if tracking appears inactive during that initial window. We are here to help interpret tracking events if anything is unclear.

Delays outside our control

Weather, peak season volume, local carrier disruptions, and customs inspections (if applicable) can extend delivery times. While these are outside our control, we will support you with updates and follow-ups with the carrier whenever needed.

Accurate shipping address

Lost or damaged packages
