Returns made simple—so you can shop with ease

If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we are here to help and keep the steps clear. Most items can be returned or exchanged within our set window when they meet the guidelines below.

Definitions

  • Delivery date: the date your tracking shows the order was delivered.
  • Return window: the time you have to request and send back eligible items.
  • Our error: defective or damaged on arrival, wrong item shipped, wrong size shipped, or item significantly different from description.
  • Change of mind: size/fit preference, style or color preference, or ordering the wrong size.
  • Eligible condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

1) What qualifies for a return

  • Items that arrive defective or damaged.
  • Wrong item received or wrong size shipped.
  • Significantly different from description (e.g., wrong fabric category or major construction deviation).
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted if all item condition requirements are met.

2) Item condition requirements

  • Item must be unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Return in the original packaging where possible to protect the garment.

3) Photo and proof requirements

  • Provide clear, well-lit photos showing the issue (close-up) and the full front and back of the item.
  • Include a photo of the size tag/label.
  • For wrong item/size, include a photo of the packing slip if available.

4) How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] from your order email.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, your reason, photos (see above), and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. We will review and reply with approval instructions and, when applicable, a return label.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided in your approval email.

5) Who pays for return shipping

  • Our error: Jeffoverip covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid label in the approval email.
  • Change of mind: Customer covers the cost of return shipping using a trackable service of your choice.

Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

6) Items we cannot accept

  • Items that are used, worn, washed, altered, or stained.
  • Items missing original tags.
  • Returns based on minor cosmetic variations such as slight color differences due to screen settings or lighting.

7) Exchanges

We are happy to arrange an exchange for the same item in another available size or color.

  • Our error: We cover both the return and the outbound shipping for the replacement.
  • Change of mind: You cover the return shipping; the replacement ships at our standard shipping rate of $6.99 per order.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund instead.

8) Approval and response times

  • Approval communication: You will receive an email with return authorization and instructions once approved.
  • Support response window: We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
  • Refund timing after receipt: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
