Cancellation Policy

Worried you clicked “Place order” too soon? Take a breath—most orders can be canceled within a clear 2-hour window, and we are here to help every step of the way.

Definitions

  • Order placement time: the timestamp shown in your order confirmation email from jeffoverip.com.
  • Cancellation window: 2 hours after order placement.
  • Processing: when your order is being prepared for shipment; this generally begins within our standard handling time of 1-1 business days.
  • Shipped: once a tracking label is created or the package has been handed to the carrier.

1) Your cancellation window

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Requests received within this window are typically approved if the order has not yet entered processing.

2) After processing has begun

Because we work to ship quickly, your order may enter processing within our standard handling time of 1-1 business days. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. If shipment has occurred, you can review our Returns Policy for options after delivery (return window is 30 days from delivery).

3) How to request a cancellation

  1. Email [email protected] from the email used at checkout.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line and a brief note such as “Cancel my order.”
  3. If you need to correct an address, mention the correct address in the same email so we can attempt to stop the original order and guide you to place a new one.
  4. Watch for our confirmation email. We are here to help and will update you as soon as we have news.

4) Refunds for approved cancellations

  • Method: refunded to your original payment method in USD.
  • Timing: refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
  • Fees: no restocking fees apply to cancellations.

5) Shipping address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before completing payment. We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If an address change is needed, request a cancellation within the 2-hour window and place a new order with the correct details. After processing begins or the order ships, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
