Jeffoverip specializes in high-quality women’s apparel including t-shirts, dresses, sweaters, hoodies, and seasonal on-trend fashion items. 1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders go through a standard processing period prior to shipment. Processing time includes:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST or during weekends or federal holidays will automatically roll into the next business day’s processing cycle.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once a package has left our fulfillment center and has been accepted by the carrier, it enters the transit portion of delivery.

We ship exclusively within the United States using major logistics partners. Carriers include, but are not limited to:

Tracking Information
Tracking details are emailed automatically once an order ships. Tracking updates may require up to 24 hours from label creation to begin displaying movement notifications.

7. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries
If marked Delivered, but the package is not located, customers are encouraged to:
- Check surrounding areas (porch, mailbox, neighbors, garage, office, etc.)
- Wait 24–48 hours for secondary carrier scans
- Contact the carrier directly
Once a package is marked Delivered, ownership transfers to the customer.
8. Carrier Loss, Damage, or Delay
If an issue occurs during transit, Jeffoverip will assist in resolving the matter according to carrier guidelines and our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
Undeliverable packages may be returned to sender. Customers may choose to pay for re-shipment or request cancellation (if eligible).
