Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Jeffoverip, we understand that customers may need to modify or cancel their order from time to time. We aim to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible while ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment of all orders.

1. Order Processing Timeline

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Most orders begin processing within 1 business day after successful payment authorization.

Because of this rapid fulfillment timeline, cancellations and changes must be requested as soon as possible after the order is placed.

2. Requesting an Order Cancellation

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team before the order enters the packing or shipping phase. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • No cancellation fees are applied

3. Requesting Order Changes

Customers may request changes to:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact details
  • Product size, color, or variant
  • Product quantity

Change requests must be submitted promptly using the contact information provided below. After the order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.

If changes cannot be completed, customers may proceed with a standard return once the order arrives in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation or alteration.

Once dispatched, customers may:

  • Accept the delivery and initiate a return (if eligible)
  • Refuse the delivery (carrier policies may apply)

Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued with no additional fees as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Failed Delivery Information Changes

If a customer provides incorrect or incomplete address details and the order is returned by the carrier:

  • A refund may be issued once the package is received back at our facility
  • Customers may request a re-shipment, subject to additional shipping charges

6. Special Circumstances

We reserve the right to cancel orders automatically due to:

  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Regulatory or compliance concerns
  • Errors in pricing or product information

If an automatic cancellation occurs, customers will receive prompt notification along with a full refund.

8. Processing Time for Approved Changes or Cancellations

Once confirmed, approved cancellations or changes are processed immediately. Refunds may take additional business days to appear depending on the financial institution or payment method.

9. Confirmation of Cancellation or Change

Customers will receive an email confirmation once:

  • A cancellation is approved
  • A change request is completed
  • A cancellation or change cannot be completed due to processing or shipment status
