Thank you for shopping with Jeffoverip. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us, which is why we provide a clear, customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy. This Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed at https://jeffoverip.com (the “Website”).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. 60-Day Return Window

Jeffoverip accepts eligible returns within 60 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, and damage
  • In original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact (where applicable)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Free Returns — No Fees

Jeffoverip does not charge restocking, processing, or handling fees for approved returns.

Customers are responsible only for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to Jeffoverip error (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged items), in which case a prepaid return label or reimbursement will be issued.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout

If an item is non-returnable, it will be indicated prior to purchase.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested for eligible returns when the desired size, color, or style is in stock. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact our Support Team with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will provide instructions, confirmation, and return labels if applicable.

6. Return Processing & Inspection

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for condition and eligibility. Customers will be notified via email once inspection is completed.

7. Refund Timeline — 10 Business Days

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot be redirected to alternate accounts or payment methods.

Please note that banks, PayPal, and card issuers may require additional time to post funds. Jeffoverip has no control over external financial institution posting times.

8. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us promptly and provide supporting photos. Once verified, Jeffoverip will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund, or
  • Offer another suitable resolution

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Jeffoverip.

9. Lost or Missing Returns

Jeffoverip is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service when returning items without a prepaid label.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Returns

Unauthorized returns, returns without identifying information, or returns outside of the allowed timeframe may be delayed or denied.

11. Order Cancellations vs. Returns

Cancellations must be requested before the order ships. Once shipped, orders must follow the return process. For cancellations, refer to our Cancel/Change Order Policy.

12. Final Sale Events & Promotions

Promotional discounts do not affect return eligibility unless explicitly stated. If an item is non-returnable due to clearance or sale designation, this will be disclosed at checkout.

13. Policy Abuse & Fair Use Guidelines

Jeffoverip may refuse returns in cases of policy abuse such as:

  • Excessive return frequency
  • Product wear before return
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Wardrobing or misuse

Determinations are made at our discretion.

14. Changes to This Policy

Jeffoverip reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy without prior notice. Updates apply to purchases made after the effective date.
