Last Updated: January 2026

Jeffoverip respects the intellectual property rights of artists, brands, creators, and rights holders. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice & Copyright Policy explains how we respond to allegations of copyright infringement occurring on or through our website.

This policy applies to all content, including but not limited to images, graphics, product descriptions, videos, designs, and written materials.

1. Copyright Protection

All original content and materials displayed on the Jeffoverip website are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Copyrighted materials may include:

  • Product designs and artwork
  • Logos and brand identifiers
  • Website layout, graphics, and interface elements
  • Digital assets, photography, and product images
  • Text, descriptions, and editorial content

These works are proprietary to Jeffoverip or used with permission from licensors and creators.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any copyrighted materials without written authorization from the rights holder.

2. DMCA Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that copyrighted work has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement under the DMCA, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice.

To be valid, your notification must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its specific location on our website (URL or screenshot preferred).
  • Contact information of the complaining party (full name, email, phone number, and mailing address).
  • A statement confirming you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed until all necessary fields are provided.

3. Counter-Notices

If material was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was incorrect or unauthorized, you may file a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed material
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court
  • Agreement to accept service of process from the original claimant
  • Your contact information and signature (electronic or physical)

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us they have filed court action.
